Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and tagged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at automotiveculture.info@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Which Circumstances We Offer for Returns and Refunds:

Wrong Product: If you discover your order is flawed, please contact us by email at automotiveculture.info@gmail.com with photos of the wrong product, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Exchange:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at automotiveculture.info@gmail.com if you need to exchange your item for the same one. We will process the free exchange.

Change of Mind:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please Note: Color and Size Mismatch is Exceptional.

Cancel the Order:

We usually ship the orders immediately.

If you would like to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible. We will send a detailed response from the processing department, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to return the order after receiving the product.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected; it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please kindly check your bank account once more. Next, reach out to your credit card company; it might require some time for the official posting of your refund. Next, contact your bank. Often, a refund takes some time to process and post.
